Shipping Charges for Fingershield™ Door Finger Guards

A box can contain a maximum of 15 push or pull door finger guards.

If you buy Door Protect Packs, a maximum of 10 packs will be packed in each box.

A full box weighs approximately 33lbs.
Rates are based on delivery by UPS Ground (FOB origin Jacksonville, Florida).
Delivery in the contiguous 48 States takes between 1 and 6 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Information

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). Please call anytime at (904) 962-2688. You are able to purchase the Fingershield™ door finger guards any time at our online store (click here).

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order; we will supply just one item if that is what you need.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

You can change or cancel an order any time prior to shipment from our warehouse. If an order is changed it may delay shipment by 24 hours (more if the next day is not a normal business day).

Can you install them for me?

Our door finger guards are easy to install. Click here to view an installation video. If you still feel unsure about installation please call us on (904) 962-2688 and we will do our best to help you through the installation process.

How long before my order ships?

Orders received before mid-day (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday will ship the same day (except holidays).

Orders received after mid-day (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday will ship the following day (except weekends and holidays).

What method of shipping do you use and how long will it take?

Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS Ground. Delivery in the Continental United States takes between 1 and 6 business days depending on your location. After your shipment has left the warehouse we send you a Shipment Notification email that contains the UPS Tracking number. You can use this number to track the movement of your package on the UPS website at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

What if I want my order faster?

All the other UPS methods of shipment are available upon request. Tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate you.

Can I open an account?

Our preferred method of payment is via credit card. If you are unable to use this method please contact us at (904) 962-2688.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

What is your return policy?

You can return all or part of an order. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment and contact us to arrange collection. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.

We do not charge restocking fees but return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. All returned Fingershield™ door finger guards must be in the same condition as they were when shipped to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned Fingershield™ door finger guards that cannot be re-sold.
